The service and communication was good. However they always offer complimentary car wash wash when checked in and for some reason they “forget” or “change mind” every single time. I reminded him that the manual does not recommend anywhere near this milage and he ignored me on that. This started as such a great experience. Mike realized that the original size for new tires was wrong - and moved to get the right tires. That where the positive experience stopped. After nearly 3 hours of waiting for two tires to be installed, I found out it took them 2 hours to determine they did not have two tires of the correct size. That meant they had to get one more tire and after nearly 3.5 hours, my car had two new tires. Horrible communication. This is why I typically use another venue for my car maintenance. I talked to another couple waiting nearly 6.5 hours for routine maintenance and tire alignment. More
