Customer service is horrible! They don’t answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. We bought a new van from them, but never felt valued as a customer. Always brushe They don’t answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. We bought a new van from them, but never felt valued as a customer. Always brushed to the side and kept waiting. We’ve returned for routine maintenance and the lack of customer service and communication has continued to be the same. At time of purchase we were given miss information about extended service plans. I’m very disappointed in my experience with AutoNation Chandler. More
I got an appointment for an update of PGM-FI software. The letter I received about this said it is a 15 minute procedure. When I got there i was told it would take at least 2 hours. I then said I would need a ride home as I live about 10 miles away and have always done this for a long procedure. I was told I could get a ride home but not back. Well I was not going to sit around for 2 hours so I said I was leaving. I then went to the front desk and asked to see the manager. They said he would be right up but after waiting for 15 minutes I just left. Bottom line I should have been told it take over 2 hours to do this service before I brought the SUV in not 15 minutes. One should be able to get round trip car service not one way and a service manager should be able to get to the front desk within 15 minutes. I have been a customer ever since this establishment opened and have always been satisfied with the service but not this time. Now I have to renew my registration and will need to have this update completed before the state will do that. Disappointed customer! More
