Then another hour in the finance office. I sat and waited about an hour between each 'negotiation', which felt like a negotiation tactic. I originally selected Autonation Honda because of the clarity of what I thought was an upfront and transparent price. I did get a price (eventually) that I was comfortable with and I appreciated my sales representative, which is why I didn't rate it lower. I don't know if I would buy from them again when I know someone that just purchased the same vehicle at Tempe Honda and drove off the lot in less than one hour. More

I retired from the Honda of America Mfg. Plant ,so I've been to a lot of Honda dealers. My experience with the people I met today was nothing short of stellar. From the young man who checke Plant ,so I've been to a lot of Honda dealers. My experience with the people I met today was nothing short of stellar. From the young man who checked me in to Mogan who took care of my service. She presented nothing but a positive for the dealership from start to finish.
