This regards my second trip to this dealer. Warranty work was performed. My appointment was set and followed up at least once by email. I arrived on time and was quickly checked in. My Service Rep Joe asked enough questions to write up a detailed service ticket. Before taking their shuttle home I wanted to see a particular new model which was not on the display floor. A salesperson offered to find one on the lot and pulled it up for me to see. That was accommodating since he knew I was not interested in buying. Took their shuttle home. Did not have to wait long. My warranty work was completed same day. I had anticipated having to leave the vehicle overnight. So that was good. Aside from some fingerprints on my dashboard optics and a small tool left on the floor I think the repair was done competently and it was a positive experience. More

I went to Autonation Honda Chandler to get my AC fixed. I was told by my advisor that one of the hose had a leak and needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price but when I went to pickup the car, other ite I was told by my advisor that one of the hose had a leak and needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price but when I went to pickup the car, other items were added on to the bill. My vehicle was in the shop no more than 3 hours but I was charged $870 for labor. That comes out to about $300 / hr. I have left repeated voicemails for the service manager to call me and explain the additional charges and the exuberant amount for labor. They don't even want to return my enquiry. I even asked my Service advisor to have the manager call me but it has been 10 days since my service but no response from the manager. Very poor service standards. More
