Service was average, the entire process from the time I got on the list to test drive to leaving was over five hours. The process is extremely slow and they don't care. Once we got back to financing, i told them I was paying cash and was not interested in any add ons they were offering. I was told it is there policy and they have to tel you about the options. one associate left and the "manager" came in and made it sound like he was giving us a better option. When i told him I was not interested he looked at me like i was an idiot for not taking the offer and left. Once we purchased, they did a half xxx detail/wash. Dealership is average at best. More

Autonation Honda. ....WOW! hands down one of, if not THE best experience we have ever had at a dealership! Boris was the best salesman we have ever dealt with! Bar none! honestly the whole team there is just amazing and if you are looking for a dealership that will actually treat you like not just a person but like family then this is the dealer for you! They don't judge you by what you look like, they don't ask you annoying questions to try and weasle you out of more money, most importantly THEY DONT ADD MARK UPS BECAUSE THEY CAN! what you see is what you get and I promise you they will treat you like actual people! Even when a deal might not happen, there was no hard feelings or negative words, just actual kind words! This is how much of a class act they are, we went to a different dealership before this and that was the worst experience ever! Long story short we told Boris and h him being the spectacular human being he is was giving them the benefit of the doubt and trying g to put in perspective of how hard it is in these times with the dealer business.
