I bought my 2018 Accord here. Service was always bad! They even lost my car once! It took 3 people at least 20 minutes to find it! In 2022 decided to try Superstition Springs Hon Service was always bad! They even lost my car once! It took 3 people at least 20 minutes to find it! In 2022 decided to try Superstition Springs Honda, it’s smaller and closer. Went in for an oil change and ended up trading for a CRV of the same year and milage. I was told my extended warranty could not be transferred. When the paid in full paper work came I took it to Chandler to file for my refund. It’s been over 6 months and I have yet to receive it. At one point, I was told I was one of 40-50 people dealing with this same issue! I wonder if any of them has gotten their refund!!! I lost count of the calls I’ve made plus the 3 trips I’ve made to the dealership to resolve this. The General Manager, Mark Robison has been to important to return my calls! Twice now he has had the CFO Peter once and Marks assistant Philip Small deal with me. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE!!! I contacted corporate customer care in Florida mid March. They had trouble getting a response from Mark Robison as well! I’m at my wits end, at this point my intent is to call the news station to try to get help on resolving this. More

Waited 2. 5 hours for an oil change. I was also supposed to get an alignment but I just wanted my car. I don't think I have ever waited 2.5 hours for an oil cha 5 hours for an oil change. I was also supposed to get an alignment but I just wanted my car. I don't think I have ever waited 2.5 hours for an oil change EVER. Also, paid $156 with my Costco Membership discount. Highly don't recommend. I honestly don't even know if my tires are rotated. I feel like women get taken advantage at these places especially, if I didn't say something at the 2.5 hour mark I would have probably been still waiting. We got Hondas in the family and not ever coming back here. More
