I did not expect there to be as much run around when I was paying cash for my vehicle. Only 8 months later my vehicle stopped and wouldn't turn back on. I purchased a protection package at the time I boug was paying cash for my vehicle. Only 8 months later my vehicle stopped and wouldn't turn back on. I purchased a protection package at the time I bought the vehicle only to find out after having it towed to Honda Autonation Chandler they want $4000 to fix it and they show no record of me purchasing the plan. Wow so disappointed in the customer service, sales and finance manager who sold me the package. Not at all what I expected from Honda. I loved the Honda Tiffany Springs dealership in Missouri. I wouldn't buy another vehicle or send family and friends to honda autonation chandler ever! More
