Great buying experience. I purchased a used 2012 F150 that was in great condition for a good price. Major servicing was done to the vehicle such as coolant and brake fluid I purchased a used 2012 F150 that was in great condition for a good price. Major servicing was done to the vehicle such as coolant and brake fluid flush. The sales team was friendly, no pressure, and accommodating. When we test drove the vehicle there was a thump noise in the rear powertrain that we were concerned about. We bought the vehicle with the understanding that we would take it to a Ford Dealer to get the noise checked out. Since we live in Tucson, they extended the 250miles return to 500miles to allow for the additional distance we needed to drive. The Ford dealer in Green Valley checked the vehicle out and the noise ended up being a simple fix only costing $400. The unexpected surprise is that Phillip, the sales manager at Auto Nation, got approval to pay $150 toward the repair. I had a great experience and will definitely check with them when I next need to purchase a vehicle. More
