I give the pricing strategy and sales personnel five stars. The dealership looses a star due to misinformation given during the purchase of the protection plan. It was stated that other automation deal stars. The dealership looses a star due to misinformation given during the purchase of the protection plan. It was stated that other automation dealerships could service my Honda for the repairs needed since I was not within good driving distance of the Chandler store. Unfortunately, that's not true since I called the AutoNation dealers near me and they both said they could only conduct maintenance on my car and not repairs. That puts me back with a long drive to Chandler to get the repairs made, which is not sustainable. Likely will need to cancel that protection plan and purchase off of CarShield. More

Nice salesman. Great finance rep!!! I had a few questions the sale rep brushed off until the end. Finance was quick to answer favorably so I’ll overlook that 😂 I Great finance rep!!! Finance was quick to answer favorably so I’ll overlook that 😂 I had to drive there twice in 24 hours as finance closed before the sales staff. It was inconvenient as I wasn’t actually financing the 4Runner, I was buying it with my own funds. The dealership is 45 miles away so it took over 4 hours and almost 200 miles to get the deal done. Only driven it a few times but runs well. Noticed there’s some sealant or something on the leather that’s coming off. That’s a bummer as the “perfect leather” was a major attractor. But 4Runners are made for off-roading - as long as she excels there I’m happy. More
