I have been a Honda customer going back to 1983. I have trusted in the Honda name since then. We were interested in looking at purchasing a new CR-V and went to AUTONATION Honda, Chandler, AZ Fac I have trusted in the Honda name since then. We were able to establish a rapport with our salesperson, Stacey Craft, immediately. Any of our questions/concerns were capably addressed by Stacey. Did not feel under any "pressure" commonly associated with a trip to the auto dealer. Purchased a 2023 Honda CR-V EX-L. Robyn Lemke was our financial services manager and was very easy to work with. Robyn's clear description of our financing and warranty made that part of the purchasing a breeze. She is very good at what she does! More

The individual I talked to when I made the appointment was friendly and helpful. However when I showed up for my appointment, they seemed irritated that I was there. But when they asked if I would be waiting for my key to be made, and I replied yes, I was told it would be about an hour. He replied it will be a few hours. Just upbrupt and rude, though I had an appointment and was friendly and waiting. I'll go back to Tempe next time. Tempe just didn't have the keys I needed this time. More
