I worked with Tim Lee to purchase my new Honda Passport. The process involved a deposit for the opportunity to purchase in-coming stock, a normal requirement in these unfortunate Brandon tainted times. There was a situation when the vehicle arrived with some unexpected and costly upgrades not documented for the dealer, I had not asked for. I looked at and did a test drive with a Passport of lower trim, then with the upgraded Passport meant for me. Of course I preferred the amazing Trail Sport Passport, so Tim worked with me a bit on the pricing, practically unheard of in the Biden economy, and I purchased the Trail sport, upgrades and all. Tim Lee did a good job working with me, no pressure, and was patient and relaxed. I am happy with my purchase. I want to compliment my finance guy, unfortunately I misplaced his card, but he worked with me on an additional warranty/service product as compared to my beloved V6 Accord, these new vehicles are rolling computers and can be costly to repair. He said the magic words I say when I help my patients in my healthcare work: well if you were my mother/sister I would want you to have the following. Also thank you to the guys who drove my Passport through the narrow showroom doors and into the rain so I could drive it, to the nice lady at the sales reception desk whom I had met before, she is polite and efficient. This is my fifth purchase at this dealership spanning 20 years, and two owners and my easiest. Thank you. More

The dealership is great but I had a problem with the service person assigned to me. My husband couldn’t come with me and I felt he treated me differently than he might have if my husband was with me. service person assigned to me. He disregarded my instruction to NOT install a cabin air filter and he had it done anyway. I had specifically asked to ONLY have the engine air filter installed and not the cabin air filter. During the checkout, he argued that he “assumed” I didn’t mean to not install the cabin air filter since it is “more difficult” than the engine air filter. I told him my husband easily installs the cabin air filter and he continued to argue that is not the case. He didn’t have an engine air filter installed so now my husband has to do that himself. He also seemed to speak to me very condescendingly and assumed that I had no understanding of how the tire rotation process works and how tread wear is measured. Overall, I felt I was treated in a stereotypically poor manner in which technicians often treat women when they assume we lack knowledge and understanding. More

I’ve been a customer here for a long time, usually great service however, i took my car in to get checked out for wheel vibration. I was told the issue was because my tires were “bad” however my service adv service however, i took my car in to get checked out for wheel vibration. I was told the issue was because my tires were “bad” however my service advisor didnt tell how “bad” and told me i needed to resurface my BRAND NEW rotors because they had warped and i replaced my brake pads as well. It wasnt until my mom call the advisor that i found out my “bad” tires were actually separating internally. This is a hazard. Not coming back for service here. At least not to lucas. The manager never called me back either. More
