This was my second new Honda that I've purchased from AutoNation Honda Chandler. I specifically went back here because purchasing a car is a chore and I despise it. I hate dealing with negotiating and the number games. I hate the way they try to make you feel like you're dumb. I hate so so many things about buying a car anywhere other than this place. Both times I've purchased from this dealer I've started online and did whatever research and price confirmation I needed to do. Then I made an appointment and test drove the car at the dealership. I like walking away not feeling like I just got hosed on a deal. I feel happy with what I got for my trade in. I am happy there's not a bunch of "dealer add ons". I recommend doing your online research about the car. Knowing what your trade is worth. Always ask about dealer add ons. It varies wildly dealer to dealer. Some that I called added literally thousands in non-negotiable dealer add ons. Currently there's just a $599 add on for mandatory tint. It's a bit high for a tint job but they require it. Honda's are great cars and they do hold their value pretty well so I had no qualms about buying a brand new Honda again. It was the only way I could even find the car I was looking for. We've already decided when it's time to get rid of our Nissan SUV we'll add another Honda and buy from this dealership.
