Scott truly went above and beyond when I brought my car in last Friday. My battery died and I was told on the phone by the representative I would have to wait until this week to bring my car back for the o in last Friday. My battery died and I was told on the phone by the representative I would have to wait until this week to bring my car back for the oil change. Service folks have been great in my 3 visits here. Last visit I worked with Lucas; friendly, communicative, & got me in and out quickly. Receptionist/phone folks not so much. Last visit I spoke to the same receptionist multiple times & they were not helpful- actually gave me incredibly wrong info that inadvertently cancelled my tow truck, only to still need one and then wait 10 hrs for a new tow ( Towing debacle not related to Honda, but had I worked with a knowledgeable associate, my car could’ve been towed then and there while I was on the phone with Honda & had my repairs done 10 hours sooner. instead I was told I could cancel it & use a program that turns out, Honda doesn’t even have ). More
