I was impressed with honesty and friendliness of the sales representative Carl Peart. I signed for Honda CR-V EX with Carl by depositing $500.00 until the vehicle is delivered to Auto Nation Honda at Ch sales representative Carl Peart. I signed for Honda CR-V EX with Carl by depositing $500.00 until the vehicle is delivered to Auto Nation Honda at Chandler, AZ. Store # N0391567. I went to purchase the vehicle on 08/18/22 as I received a call from Carl. I went to office of finance representative: Brandon Bryant. He was friendly at the face. He told me that interest rate will 4.04 percent and the vehicle care protection plan after I negotiated with Brandon, will cost me $8 dollars a month and term of the finance will be 6 years or 72 months. So, the total cost of protection plan will be $576.00. He led me to believe that he is taking care of me and I need to provide electronic signatures in different pages. I signed all the pages he required me to sign. I trusted Brandon partly because of his friendliness and partly because it is Auto Nation Honda. But he was very deceptive. When I came home and checked all the papers, I saw that vehicle protection plan is $1100.00 and term of the loan is 7 years or 84 months at an interest rate of 4.79 percent. There was a vehicle care protection Agreement # ZY218134 for $1100.00 and vehicle protection plan agreement # OVC79D68 for $2,687.00. Brandon did never mention about vehicle protection plan. I foolishly signed all the papers without reading the papers in detail. I went back on 08/25/22 to the dealership. Both Brandon and Carl were off that day. I requested to speak with Finance director at the dealership. I was told that the director is busy but another finance representative: Ahmet Abaslioglu will speak with me. Ahmet was not very friendly (I would say little rude) but he cancelled the protection plans. I made a down payment of $4000.00 during financing. The total out the door cost of the vehicle without protection plan and after trade in was $31,919.06. I went to the OneAz CU who financed the loan on 08/26/22 and made a payment of $27,919.06. I was told by Ahmet that it will take 6 weeks before credit for vehicle care plan and vehicle protection plan shows up in the bank account. The new vehicle VIN# is 2HKRW1H55NH406734. Also, cold air does not flow when air-conditioning is turned on in 2 left vents in dash board of the vehicle. More
