Don't buy the extended warranty! !! We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot in September of 2020, which was a horrible experience, but that was on the salesman who probably is no longer there !! We purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot in September of 2020, which was a horrible experience, but that was on the salesman who probably is no longer there. We were talked into buying an extended vehicle protection plan by the finance manager, which cost us $3200. We ended up selling the Pilot in September 2022, so I talked with the finance manager regarding cancelling the vehicle protection plan on 9/8/22. He submitted the cancellation request and told me we should receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. It's been 8 weeks, so I contacted the warranty company, who said that the Pilot is still showing as being active under the plan, and the only way to cancel the plan was to talk with finance at the dealership. I have now called the dealership finance department 3 times in 3 days and had to leave a voicemail each time because no one answered their phone. I have asked for a call back with no response from anyone. This is a large chunk of money owed to us, which would be very helpful right now, and it seems that once we give the dealership our money, they don't care about us anymore. I am very disappointed in this dealership and would never buy a vehicle from them again. And, I will never again pay for an extended warranty on a brand new car! More

I was very pleased with my services at ANChandlar. Michael, my service rep, was knowledgeable and made me aware of services to consider for the future. Being inconvenienced by a flat tire would have been costly to multiple areas of responsibility, especially with my line of work. Michael was personable and attentive…checking in midways through the service with an update and offering water during and after services were provided. With each encounter with Michael, he situated himself at eye level and maintained eye contact, spoke clearly and directly. This was remarkably different than my encounter with the employee who checked me in upon arrival.This employee was kind and respectful in our very brief encounter. More
