Sales process was fast and smooth. Price was good. Service was fast and efficient. BUT I took my 2022 Ridgeline in for recall service on the Motor Blower. After I got my R Price was good. Service was fast and efficient. BUT I took my 2022 Ridgeline in for recall service on the Motor Blower. After I got my Ridgeline back the Odometer had 7027 miles on it and the trip odometer had over 1700 miles on it. When I took it in the Odometer had about 7,400 and the trip odometer had about 200 miles on it. !!!!!!!!!!! I did not notice this until I returned home. I did not contact the dealer. Next time the dealer will sign my document certifying my mileage. More

The Absolute best car buying experience one could hope. I visited several dealers in the greater Phoenix valley and this dealership was tops on all metrics. They were straight forward, transparent, no pressure, communicative, and overall I did not feel like i was being taken for a ride or upsold. New car buying at a dealership is an outdated way to get new vehicles and dealerships are a middle man just as a ticket scalper but Auto Nation Honda Knocked that down and provided an actual quality experience.
