Nikko Elmblad was very kind and helpful. He works diligently and efficiently to get the job done. I can tell he really cares about the customer and his job. He calls to let you know right away that your car is ready and is extremely polite over the phone. One of the most professional people in the car service industry that I have ever met. Often people working with cars are rough around the edges and generally not good with people, but Nikko is a different story. He is honest and tries his hardest to make the customer happy, even when a car needs a lot of work. He won't try to upsell you on stuff that you don't need. He'll explain exactly what's needed and why you need a service and/or maintenance for your car. I truly hope he is appreciated and gets the recognition he deserves at AutoNation Honda Chandler. More
