Had a A1 service (oil change and tire rotation) for my Accord 2018Ex, also replaced a broken back up camera. The service manager is very friendly and up front on explain everything. He also arranged a shuttle pickup service for me when my car is ready for pickup, which the driver told me that they normally don't do so as they are short of drivers. So the service is great. The only thing I don't like is the high price to replace the camera ($600). I think this is really over priced, as I can find the part online for $150. More
