Had my Crv serviced here, actually have been a customer for at least 4 years. He’d a bit of slow service my last time so they promised to fill my tank on the next visit, they did exactly that and service w for at least 4 years. When I schedule they lose my appointment and tell my I didn’t schedule when I show up. My car is in worse shape than when I took it in. Both my windshield wipers were working when I went in and now they didn’t schedule when I show up. My car is in worse shape than when I took it in. Both my windshield wipers were working when I went in and now they are both broken. They recommended all this work and the work I did get done I was charged more than quoted. They recommended an alignment and I didn’t do it and now my steering wheel is pulling when it didn’t before I took it in. More
