This was actually my first service with Honda as I bought my car in August. I was very happy with my service visit with Ashton as he was kind, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns about my v my car in August. The greeting was great, communication spectacular, clean waiting room, extended customer hours and friendly smiles was worth the trip to this dealer. I actually drove about 30 minutes from my house after having a having a bad experience with the Tempe Honda location which is 2 miles from my house. I will defiantly be scheduling my service appointments at this location and with Ashton in the future! BTW, Love the email content and reminders! Nice touch!! More
