I take my vehicle to Honda for maintenance because they inspect your brakes, fluids, tires, belts, etc. This lets me know what's needed. However, since the pandemic, I think some things have slackened off. We arrived on time for our appointment and was told our advisor was not there, but we would be re-assigned to another advisor. We waited 20 minutes by the car as various advisors walked by. My husband finally stopped someone and asked for help, and was told they were helping other customers and someone was coming shortly. After 10 more minutes, an advisor came and took our information. We waited 2 hours in the lounge for an oil change and filter replacement. Many people were complaining about their long wait times. Our advisor was friendly and went over everything at the end of our wait. For Honda maintenance I recommend the dealership since the mechanics are experienced on Honda vehicles, but for miscellaneous small stuff like oil changes, a smaller, quicker shop might be quicker and cheaper. More
The buying experience at Autonation Honda was actually a great one. I had a great salesman, (Monti in internet sales) and I never felt pressured. When I had to return the next day because they could not finish the detailing, I was not charged for detailing the interior. They did a beautiful job inside and out! More

I only get maintenance done there because my car had a maintenance package that paid for oil changes, but now that I've used that up, I will probably get my maintenance done at Firestone Tires near my hou maintenance package that paid for oil changes, but now that I've used that up, I will probably get my maintenance done at Firestone Tires near my house. The only issue I have is that they are really slow. It took two hours to get my oil changed. A week ago, I needed a new tire and went to Firestone. It took them 25 minutes. I didn't even have an appointment, but at Honda, I always have an appointment and it doesn't matter. At Firestone, my oil is changed in less than 45 minutes. More
