The experience started off without a truck to see. It was in the shop at a ford dealer to fix the airbag light that was on. Not a negative, but a positive. Taking the time to repair before selling. They took all my information and took the truck off line so that it would not be sold until I refused to buy it. I bought it. Peter our sales agent was great to work with even when there was a dispute about a repair. Not need to get into this and ruin this review. I bought the truck on a Tuesday and received it on the next Monday after they agreed to fix two more items. The entire experience was GREAT. Peter even came to my home to pick me up when the truck was back from the Ford dealership so I did not have to have two of my own vehicles on the road. Again the entire buying process was smooth and enjoyable (unlike when I recently bought my Rogue from Eastside Nissan). Thank you Peter for taking care of my wife and I and making us customers of yours for life. More
