This was actually my first service with Honda as I bought my car in August. I was very happy with my service visit with Ashton as he was kind, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns about my v my car in August. I was very happy with my service visit with Ashton as he was kind, courteous and answered all my questions and concerns about my vehicle! The greeting was great, communication spectacular, clean waiting room, extended customer hours and friendly smiles was worth the trip to this dealer. I actually drove about 30 minutes from my house after having a having a bad experience with the Tempe Honda location which is 2 miles from my house. I will defiantly be scheduling my service appointments at this location and with Ashton in the future! BTW, Love the email content and reminders! Nice touch!! More
