My service rep was Ashton and he did a great job getting me in and out at the time he specified. I had time to relax and have a cup of coffee and read a little. I had an oil change plus tire rotation and me in and out at the time he specified. I had time to relax and have a cup of coffee and read a little. The management is doing disservice to front line service department employees and customers by creating the impression that shuttle service is available when it is not, and this creates inconvenience for cu department employees and customers by creating the impression that shuttle service is available when it is not, and this creates inconvenience for customers and unnecessary problems for employees to resolve. As someone who pays for a service plan, I should not have to jump through so many hoops just to get routine or any service. Either hire drivers to appropriately meet customer shuttle needs or be honest about your laziness and take the information off your website. And stop relying on employees to be apologists for the lazy, ineffectual service delivery and misinformation. Thank you, Tom, for making things right after the dealership decided to keep things wrong. More
