Roger Cary was very informative and the whole process for my buying car CR-V was easy and painless. They were efficient. Nice staff, very nice waiting area. Everything went as expected. We just wasted an hour of the Suns playoff game thinking we were just waiting to sign paperwork and leave with our new car. After an hour of pretty much just sitting around, we were told the price we were g we were just waiting to sign paperwork and leave with our new car. After an hour of pretty much just sitting around, we were told the price we were given in person earlier in the day and over the phone prior to arriving was no longer valid because a “different manager” couldn’t approve it, so it would be $2500 more. Not a huge difference in price, but as I said we had discussed it on two separate occasions and I had asked that the paperwork be drawn up prior to our arrival so the process would be quick and easy for all involved. Needless to say, a complete slap in the face. We have a 2 year old and had quickly set up a babysitter so we could be focused and he could get to bed on time. There is nothing I dislike more than my time being wasted like this and the bait and switch is such a dated dealer tactic. More
