Terrible experience at your dealership! I have now ended up with a much higher rate than the 7.33 I was eligible for due to your staff's inability to respond to emails from both myself and I have now ended up with a much higher rate than the 7.33 I was eligible for due to your staff's inability to respond to emails from both myself and OneAZ and their failure to respond to a counteroffer in a timely manner and then misrepresent the rate being offered by OneAZ. I now have a rate almost 1 percent higher rate because of their delays and apparent ineptitude along with this papertrail and other emails showing my attempts to fix this issue! They submitted a warranty package above 10% of the purchase price (seemingly knowing this would require an Exception) and let it sit for 3 weeks despite my attempts to let someone know! They also promised me they would repair the camper shell that was sold w/ the truck that your sales/marketing team conveniently did not show in any of the pictures online, nor did they sell the truck "As-is". I originally went into the dealership on 10/21 and it is now December 12th and supposedly some parts had been ordered, but when I went to the service department, they had no clue what I was referencing (despite being told they had been updated on the situation) Awful experience ! My wife and have been married for fifteen years and in that time have purchased several vehicles from dealerships, at this point we can be considered seasoned vets of the game. Tim greenback and Oscar Hernandez flipped the playbook on us and call their style of play the future of car buying, or in their own words, "this is how it should be." Tim asked my wife what she was looking for and he brought us several options all perfect. While we looked over the vehicle of our choice Tim began processing our trade in and by the time we made our decision all that was left was a few electronic signatures with Oscar some pictures with my wife next to her brand new CRV, topped with a giant bow provided to us by Tim and we were out the door. I should mention the infamous haggle step in purchasing your vehicle, but I really do not want to jinx what Tim has going on. All I will say is talk to Tim, he will take care of you. Fair price on my trade-in, excellent out the door on my new car. We were there for two hours, tops!
