My Service advisor was not there when I arrived, so another advisor (Mike), helped me, and I have to say he was the most helpful, and attentive service advisor I have ever had. When I unknowingly made a service appointment online for the wrong day and I arrived at the dealership Nate didn’t hesitate to step in. Even without an appointment and it being really busy he still gracious the wrong day and I arrived at the dealership Nate didn’t hesitate to step in. Even without an appointment and it being really busy he still graciously offered to take a look at my car. What I was hoping would be minor wound up being a major issue with my vehicle that I truly wasn’t prepared for. I was immediately stressed and Nate reassured me that he was here to help. He put my mind at ease when he told me he would look into other options that could assist in repairing my vehicle.
