This dealership has gone downhill since Auto Nation Took over. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service a included in my lease program. I took my vehicle in for its last service to have the over. The service leaves a lot to be desired. I had the service a included in my lease program. I took my vehicle in for its last service to have the oil changed and tires rotated. I stopped by the service department after getting the call that my vehicle was ready. The tires were supposed to be rotated every other service. They were not, there is a little more wear on front tires than rear tires. I was informed that the front tires needed to be replaced and they did not rotate for this reason. 30k miles on 60k tires. I know the truth is that they were too lazy to rotate. The employees are like zombie that dislike their jobs. I stopped talking my other car there when they poorly put the bottom cover on after an oil change. I heard it dragging on the ground and had to Bering it back. I will not go to this dealership again for service. Tempe Honda is further for me but does a lot better job for the same or less money. Their employees care and communicate better too. Stay away from Auto Nation Honda’s service department. More
Would not recommend buying a used car here. Our car has been in and out of their shop since purchasing. The car has obvious issues that they neglected to tell us about when we bought the car. The check engine light first came on within a week of purchasing. It spent 90% of the 90-day warranty in their shop while they tried to figure out what was wrong with it and gave us the run around. They failed to communicate to us on several occasions. Now, they are refusing to give us an extended warranty after they exhausted the warranty we did have by keeping it in their shop. The car is only 8 years old and under 100,000 miles. I wish we would have bought the car from a Chevy dealership as they would have still had a warranty and the knowledge and capability to fix the issues. Our check engine light is on once again and we do not feel safe in this car. We paid $12,000 for a car that is nothing but obvious problems that they must have known about. Now we are out that money and have no money to fix the car they sold us, and they are refusing to help. Do not buy a car here. More
We had a excellent service from Kyle Milnes, Service Advisor. He kept us informed, was honest about what needed done and did not pressure us to get things fixed that were not necessarily needed. As a senior citizens, we truly appreciated his mannerism and the respect he showed to us. We would not hesitate to work with him again due to how he reassured us when we picked up the car that all of the service went well and they were even able to replace our Satellite Radio antenna and the cost was covered under warranty. Kyle is an asset to your company and should be commended! More
