Our Service Personnel was Tom… Thanks for guiding us thru this simple service. Was not accustomed to Chandler Honda insisting on assigning a Service individual. We waited at the dealership during our service this simple service. Was not accustomed to Chandler Honda insisting on assigning a Service individual. We waited at the dealership during our service and visited many areas including your Parts Dept as well as the Showroom. After near 3.5 hours I came to the clear conclusion that this dealership has an “Incredible” number of Honda staff. We watched many in uniform transiting from various work areas. I’ve experienced a group of “ Industrial Engineers” auditing our work area with a clear objective of a reduction in staff, of course related to productivity. Good luck with your association with Autonation….We do remember “San Tan Honda” More
