So far all my service needs for my 2019 CR-V have conducted at the dealership and have been reasonably within the amount of time that I given at the onset of my visit. The only negative about the visit was that I had requested that my vehicle be given a pass through the car wash, but this did not happen, so a little disappointed. More

My service advisor was amazing, listened to all of my concerns and needs, and helped me read through my care maintenance package to better understand my service.
