Very poor coordination between the Sales Dept & the Service Dept. They closed their service dept at 2pm on 12/31/21 but continued to deliver new vehicle purchases the rest of the day without any deale Service Dept. I paid for dealer-installed options that could have and should have been installed prior to my car being delivered but instead I have to drive back 120 miles round trip to get them installed at THEIR convenience! I was never told before arriving at the dealer to buy the car that it would not have the dealer-installed options installed on it! THAT is unforgivable!! The Director of Sales promised that someone would contact me on Monday to schedule the installation, but it is now 4pm Tuesday and of course no one has contacted me! This is my 5th Honda purchase but the first time no one bothered to even show me how all the new gadgets in the vehicle work before leaving the dealership! Has that process changed?? Apparently it has at this dealership. This purchase started out as a pleasurable experience but quickly became a very unpleasurable experience! The only thing they seemed to care about was me paying for the vehicle before they would even consider installing the dealer-installed options, and wanting to make sure I would give them a "5" rating on this review! Well guess what . . . they don't deserve anywhere near a "5" rating and they aren't going to get one! Very disappointed with the way my new car was delivered!! More
