Overall a good experience they were polite and courteous. Little hiccups where they couldn't find the keys to the car but as soon as they found it everything went really well. When I arrived for my appt, I was in line, there was a second line where cars continued to come in and get checked in before me. I wasn’t happy till another rep came through. i was waiting for 2 hours diagnostic time for my car and ask the adviser he check come back with a tech young kid no expierece and said need more time so i took my car out and take it to superstation honda ask the adviser he check come back with a tech young kid no expierece and said need more time so i took my car out and take it to superstation honda they find the issue in 30 minutes and no charge so i am disappointed More
