The service I have received has always been outstanding. I have been coming to this location since 2016 or 2017 and have never had anyone try to sell me something I did not need. This is a rarity these days and I appreciate it tremendously! This last time I brought my car in for an oil change, my contact person was Lucas Neslar. He was very courteous and took time to explain what was/wasn't needed. When I was informed my battery was starting to look like it was past its prime, Luke gave me a couple of options for purchase and told me the cost differences. He was also very kind to make sure I knew the benefits of going with one over the other. Living here in AZ, I know all too well how hard the weather is on batteries! The last thing I ever want is to be stranded out somewhere in the middle of a sweltering summer with a dead battery. Thankfully, that won't be something I will need to be worried about for a while! The service was prompt and I was on my way even before I expected to be which was wonderful because I had someplace else I had to be and was really crunched for time as it was. I have dealt with other car dealerships over the years, none of which were Honda, and I have to say, AutoNation Honda is truly in a league of its own. I have a family member who just recently started bringing his Honda to this facility and he also thinks it is top-notch! It really is nice to know there are still businesses out there who look out for their customers and will even put them ahead of profits. It would be all too easy to tell someone like myself I am in need of repairs that really ARE NOT necessary. AutoNation has never done that to me (present visit included). I am usually hesitant to recommend services of any kind to others as I have been burned way too many times, but I can say based on my own experiences at AutoNation Honda, I would NOT hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get their car serviced by a reputable company that I feel truly values their customers.
