Our new CRV sustained an unrepairable flat, so we came to Honda to get a replacement tire. We came in as an unscheduled "emergency" case in a day that was crowded with appointments and where many service sta Honda to get a replacement tire. Nevertheless, Joe Krizek in Service (I had been told to ask for him as service advisor) was very kind and helpful, took the time to call around for the specific tire we needed, and even scheduled us for the next morning in an already-crowded day. I was so impressed with the kindness and attention to service. I came the next day, and was prepared to wait awhile since I knew the sheer volume of customers; however, I only had to wait an hour. Wow. Totally Impressive--I've had 3 Civics, 2 Accords, and 4 CRV's, and over the years have been in several Honda dealerships for service, but this was far and away my best experience. More

Bruce Kral is likely the best car salesman that I have dealt with in my 50 years of buying vehicles, Being an independent sales rep I have driven as much as 45,000 miles per year and have purchased at lea dealt with in my 50 years of buying vehicles, Being an independent sales rep I have driven as much as 45,000 miles per year and have purchased at least 20 new vehicles. Bruce is very good at paying attention to the little details plus he follows through on what he says. He is only one of two car salesman that I have purchased two vehicular from and would recommend him to anyone looking for a new Honda product. More
