The Service Adviser, Matthew was professional, respectful, detailed and focused on my concern. I had my car jumped as car would not start in my driveway; thought battery may be dead. AA battery road service jumped the car; wanted to sell me another battery on the spot; told me battery was no good. After the battery was jumped, I decided to drive my car to the dealer for another battery check; I have always had car serviced at Honda. Matthew had the battery and car checked out; he explained exactly what I was experiencing with my battery; it was good and showed me the test results. I appreciate his time; he discussed how frequent short mileage trips can affect a battery along with tips that will help keep a battery charged. No service required! Honda is fortunate to have this employee representing their service department. Matthew gives excellent customer service.
