My experience started off fine, however, the rest of the experience wasn't great. The oil change/tire rotation took longer than what the Honda rep told me. Once the car was complete, it took me almost a half hour to track someone down in order to get checked out. On top of that, for a $105 oil change, I would have expected the car to be washed as all other dealers do this as a courtesy. More

Had a factory recall on my 2020 Accord. Recall letter said it would take 2 hours to repair. Made a 9:00am appointment. Was told by service rep the repair would take 4 hours. After waiting a half hour the said it would take 2 hours to repair. Made a 9:00am appointment. Was told by service rep the repair would take 4 hours. After waiting a half hour the service rep said they were very busy and it would take all day and wouldn’t be finished until the next day. I cancelled the appointment. This is not the first time this has happened. BS! More
