Promptly greeted, friendly advisor, nice clean waiting lounge. Wait time was not bad. My car was returned dirtier than I brought it in! Complimentary car wash left a film all over the windows! Terrific service today. However the tech told me I needed new wipers but I had just replaced them less than a week before. Obviously was just looking at prior recommendations and therefore did not actually l new wipers but I had just replaced them less than a week before.
