It’s been weeks and it seems like I have to update this review. The final price after my family sign the contract and the price of payment plan via our bank are not accurate. On the day that we took the car home, the finance person told us that they will email us the copy of the contract. Until today, we haven’t received NOTHING to verify. I asked the sale person (Ivana) to send me the copy and she said she’s off for days, and she would send me the copy on this Friday. Therefore, on this Friday, I texted her again and she said she was sick, and she would ask her manager (Tony) to do it, and I still don’t have anything at all. I tried to call Tony multiple times with no response. I feel like they try to scam my family.
