Zero Service Went to the service department to have them look at my windshield. I have at least 10 chips/cracks already with less than 10k miles on the car. The other day, I was coming out of a restaurant from lunch and the windshield was cracked. No rock chips or even a hint of blemish where it cracked. It was coming from the far right edge under the rubber seal. It was a Saturday so I did not expect much. The service tech and the service manager (Steve) looked at the windshield and said they would need to check with Honda. They would call on Monday. I did not receive a call back by end of Day Tuesday. Went back in on Wednesday afternoon, and they young lady said they were still checking on it. Apparently the entire HONDA organization was in a meeting for 2 days (NOT). She said she would call me back by NOON on Thursday. Still have not heard from them. Amazing. I will never buy a car from this organization again. HONDA you are going to lose a very loyal and long time customer because your dealer does not know how to take care of the customer. I mean this is customer 101. Return the calls, even if bad news. I have 4 Honda's. Now I will likely have none in the future. More

When I was contacted by Ashley, I was initially apprehensive about the prospects of pursuing an appraisial as I had all the intention of getting the most out of my sale. I had agreed on scheduling an inspection of the car so long as they would consider my asking price. They agreed and an inspection was performed, this took maybe 15 minutes or so. In the end, autonation Honda had stood by their word with their offer, performed all the paperwork, paid the lien on the car and cut me a check for the remaining balance.
