I have very split feelings about this dealership. My sales guy was very nice, but the finance guys were deceptive. The service guys are terrific, but I have to physically drive to the dealership to make sales guy was very nice, but the finance guys were deceptive. The service guys are terrific, but I have to physically drive to the dealership to make an appointment or ask a question. I leave messages and have emailed, with no reply. Very frustrating. If I was asked for a recommendation from a friend, I would have to be honest about my experience. I realize these past two years have been trying for all businesses, but not being able to communicate adequately is not acceptable. They do wash my car when I come for service, which is very nice.
