This was our first time here, we came due to a minor recall on our vehicle. We were impressed from the very beginning. We hadn't even shut our motor off when we were greeted very cheerfully. We were told what was going to happen and shown the wait area. Normally, we would have been shuttled to the mall but the driver had called in. No worries, we chose to get coffee and wait in the lounge. They were done sooner than expected and we were led back to the gentleman's office where we were told about our vehicles multi point inspection. Overall, they aren't very thorough, professional and courteous. We will definitely be going to them for all of our future needs! More
