The worst customer service experience of my life. The service manager pulled me into his office and accused me of completely untrue things and said they would not warranty the $200 Not honda battery. He has no manager so I could not plead my case to anyone else. More

The process was very smooth and you both were very helpful in making sure everything did go smoothly. Traveling to Honda AutoNation in Chandler AZ was quite a drive for us, over 50 miles, but they appreciated our business and understood that we did not have to travel this far to use their dealership. After we had our CRV for a couple of days we noticed that there was a possible factory defect and I contacted Tim immediately. He was very apologetic and kept reinforcing that they would make this right for us and they did. They understood that it was a long drive back to the dealership, but they treated us with speed and courtesy to make sure our issue was handled. We were very satisfied with the end result of the defect being taken care and we were given a free oil change and a full gas tank for the inconvenience that the factory defect caused us. Bottom line, we are very pleased and satisfied with Honda AutoNation and their employees, Tim Greenback and his manager Phil Small. Not competent I found two cars online and went there to test drive. Even though I am not in a hurry of buying the car, I was ready to purchase it today. After I tri I found two cars online and went there to test drive. Even though I am not in a hurry of buying the car, I was ready to purchase it today. After I tried one car, I still wanted to test the second one. But they said it is not available. The higher manager, Gregg, managed to take us to the back of the dealership and show it while they were replacing security system and tires.They promised me to call back when a car is ready for the test drive. Never called. And when I tried contacting them, they texted that the car was sold. It was after 3 hours from the test drive of the first car. I do not recommend this place! More

Worst customer service ever received. Salesman lied to me twice (that I caught). Then when I called back and asked him what was going on, he started trying to fast talk me. When I asked for his manager he “couldn’t remember his name and had no way to get his number. The tipping point is when he started laughing at what I was complaining about.After hanging up with him I called directly to the dealership..again and asked for a manager directly. Once your off the lot they couldn’t care any less about you or what you may need. If your from out of town then just forget about getting anyone under a manager to help you. The salesman told me to throw away my license plate when I traded my car in. When I didn’t receive my plate after my temp permit expired, I called back asking when I would be receiving my plates they told me I shouldn’t have thrown them away. After talking to a manager (Ivan) some other person called me (AJ) and told me all I needed to do was take time out of my day and go down to motor vehicle pay $5 and get another plate. While trying to explain to him that it wasn’t my responsibility to do that since they were the ones that told me to throw them away to begin with, he just kept talking over me so I said thank you and hung up on him. Ivan called me back and started to tell me again that all I needed to do was go to motor vehicle and pay $5 and I would get a plate. Like I have nothing better to do than go sit at any licensed MVD dealer and pay out of pocket for a plate. It might only be $5 but after dropping $20k on a car that seems ridiculous. I will never go back and will tell anyone that will listen about the horrible experience I had. Maybe if I would have bought a brand new $35k car not a 2014 $20k car I might have been treated better. Sorry about my review kind of jumping around but I’m typing as I remember things. If I had more time I would put more about my experience. One more thing, if you take a trade in don’t give them your keys to hold because of you tell them you want to go get something to eat they somehow can’t find them..but hey they have popcorn for you and your family to eat for 6 hours. From the operator to just before the managers, everyone needs customer service training. Worst place ever!!! More
