We bought our CRV new in 2012 and have had all the services done there with some very good service experience over the last 9 years. We brought my CRV in to Kyle on October 5, 2021 to have an estimate done and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day...never heard back from Kyle. I waited thinking he would call in the morning and still nothing! I finally called him at 3:00 pm and he said the car was ready for pickup and estimated a large repair fee. I told him I would come pick up my car and let him know. He did not help me when I got there so I had someone else get my car for me and the back of my interior was covered in greasy hand prints all over!! I took pictures and sent them to him and told him I shouldn't have to clean up someone else's mess. I asked when I could bring it in to get it cleaned and I told him on Friday.....NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM!!! I have spent thousands of dollars maintaining my car at this Honda dealership and I don't know if I will ever go back....I know for a fact I will not work with Kyle ever again!!! Worst customer service experience!!! More
This was my first time using AutoNation and I was told it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service to completed. It took over 2 hours and when I was paying the bill I was told the tech recommended changing would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours for the service to completed. It took over 2 hours and when I was paying the bill I was told the tech recommended changing the engine and compartment air filters. They should have called me while the car was being worked on so I could have approved that work too. If they really care about good customer service they should contact me and offer a special deal to have the filters changed otherwise I won't use their services again. More
This is the first time I have had terrible service. Spent 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change, when they brought me my car it was not washed.
