Dropped the car off for service. Work was done in a timely manner and everyone I talked to was polite and professional. For 9 years now I have always had my Honda serviced @ this dealership. Not once have I been disappointed. No matter what service advisor I have had, they have always been professional and knowledgeable a this dealership. Not once have I been disappointed. No matter what service advisor I have had, they have always been professional and knowledgeable and this time was no exception. Toby greeted me right away, had was aware of what I had asked for when I made the service appointment and did not try and "sell me" other maintenance items that I did not want or need. He also was aware that I was retired military (30+ years United States Navy) and honored me for my service which is not always the case with other service advisors. Toby kept me informed of progress on my service and when completed "walked me out to my car" - another professional service the is not always done by other service advisors. A service appointment will worth the five stars. More

I had a really great experience at AutoNation Honda. I was previously working with another dealer who raised their advertised price of $38k to $43k. I bought the exact same vehicle at AutoNation for the was previously working with another dealer who raised their advertised price of $38k to $43k.
