Rebekah, our service advisor was excellent - very knowledgeable and thorough. We have been coming to this dealership since it's inception. HOWEVER, two strikes against them this time. We needed to up knowledgeable and thorough. We have been coming to this dealership since it's inception. HOWEVER, two strikes against them this time. We needed to update the Garmin maps in our Passport and "they don't do that at this dealership"!!! So now, I need to take it to another dealership to have that service performed. If you want this service, you won't get it at AutoNation Honda Chandler. Disappointing. On the way home, I heard a noise and discovered the rear passenger window was ajar - water was all over the back LEATHER seats, floor and door from the car wash. The window was NOT open when I took the car in. So again, disappointing. Just a heads up to anyone who plans to visit. More
