For 9 years now I have always had my Honda serviced @ this dealership. Not once have I been disappointed. No matter what service advisor I have had, they have always been professional and knowledgeable a this dealership. Not once have I been disappointed. No matter what service advisor I have had, they have always been professional and knowledgeable and this time was no exception. Toby greeted me right away, had was aware of what I had asked for when I made the service appointment and did not try and "sell me" other maintenance items that I did not want or need. He also was aware that I was retired military (30+ years United States Navy) and honored me for my service which is not always the case with other service advisors. Toby kept me informed of progress on my service and when completed "walked me out to my car" - another professional service the is not always done by other service advisors. A service appointment will worth the five stars. More

My service advisor kept me updated on my Pilot and listened to my concerns. He gave me as much savings as possible since my headlights were cloudy and were clear for only a few months.
