It’s hard to read the dealership when it’s the people that make it what it is. When there’s a lot of people that work there, there’s a lot of different personalities to affect your choices. The service rep Dallee was great. He let me know what work was being done and what work would be covered from my service agreement. When my service was complete he gave me a quick run He let me know what work was being done and what work would be covered from my service agreement. When my service was complete he gave me a quick rundown of the suggested items but didn’t pressure me to do anything immediately. Also, I was told to expect an hour and a half, and my vehicle’s work was completed in just under an hour. More
