My service advisor was Tom Hathaway and technician was Isaiah Santos. I felt like they were professional and did the oil change within an hour as promised. I’m looking at my Honda Multi-Point Inspection C Isaiah Santos. I felt like they were professional and did the oil change within an hour as promised. I’m looking at my Honda Multi-Point Inspection Checklist. I was told the inspection went well. That’s great but it appears there are some items that in the May Require Future Attention. I encourage to ask the customer whether they want to address it- more like a timeline of of how long in the Future may require attention. That’s a suggestion only. More
