I made the appointment last week for an oil change and faulty locking mechanism on my civic. The oil change was done in 45 minutes. But they couldn’t get to the locking mechanism until at least 2:00 this faulty locking mechanism on my civic. The oil change was done in 45 minutes. But they couldn’t get to the locking mechanism until at least 2:00 this appointment was at 8:20 a.m. I would have had to wait. So now I have to schedule another appointment for next week in Chandler.
