I had an appointment this morning at 8:40 for an oil change. I arrived at 8:30 and was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. How is that possible for an oil change. I decided to have the shuttle take me back change. I arrived at 8:30 and was told it would be 2-2 1/2 hrs. How is that possible for an oil change. I decided to have the shuttle take me back home but at 9:45 a m I was still waiting for the shuttle. I decided at that time, I might as well stay at the shop as my car would be done in an hour or so. At 11 a m I was told there were still three cars ahead of me. I had another appointment at noon that I could not miss. I was assured I would be out in time. At 11:53 my car was finished. Over three hours of waiting for a simple oil change when I had an appointment is completely unacceptable. I was told they normally have eight technicians doing oil changes, but they're down to only three technicians. Wouldn't it be common sense to adjust the schedule accordingly, I left a message when I got home for the service drive manager and have not received a return call. I love my honda but the service department needs major improvements in time management. More
