Kyle Milnes is an amazing service advisor helped so much with our 2016 civic that had a AC system problem. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions. Michael Culbertson is my Service Advisor and he is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to me when it comes to servicing my Honda CRV. He takes care of my car and me and that’s why my car has last extremely knowledgeable and very helpful to me when it comes to servicing my Honda CRV. I brought my CRV in on Tuesday to fix the brake lights which were stuck on. They discovered that there was a coolant leak (which they grossly overcharged for) as well and I said they could keep it overnig which were stuck on. They discovered that there was a coolant leak (which they grossly overcharged for) as well and I said they could keep it overnight to fix. The next day (Wednesday) I texted around noon asking for a status update. No response. I came in the morning of Thursday and they said my advisor had called out sick and it wasn’t finished. While I understand that these things happen, there was zero communication and NO apology given to me over this inconvenience. I was not offered a rental car or anything despite the fact that they were unexpectedly keeping my car for an extra day. I ended up having to drive my dad to work and take his truck, and he had to figure out a ride between the two places he works. I was finally contacted this afternoon that my car was done. I came to pick it up and when they finally got it to me, the check engine light was on. This light was not on when I dropped my car off on Tuesday. It took me almost 15 minutes of waiting to get to bring this up with my new advisor as he was not in his office. I am currently sitting and waiting for my check engine light to be reviewed. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and poor customer service. This has not just inconvenienced me, but my family as well, and I am still waiting to hear that Honda actually feels some sort of remorse for this. More
