I got an appointment for an update of PGM-FI software. The letter I received about this said it is a 15 minute procedure. When I got there i was told it would take at least 2 hours. I then said I would ne The letter I received about this said it is a 15 minute procedure. When I got there i was told it would take at least 2 hours. I then said I would need a ride home as I live about 10 miles away and have always done this for a long procedure. I was told I could get a ride home but not back. Well I was not going to sit around for 2 hours so I said I was leaving. I then went to the front desk and asked to see the manager. They said he would be right up but after waiting for 15 minutes I just left. Bottom line I should have been told it take over 2 hours to do this service before I brought the SUV in not 15 minutes. One should be able to get round trip car service not one way and a service manager should be able to get to the front desk within 15 minutes. I have been a customer ever since this establishment opened and have always been satisfied with the service but not this time. Now I have to renew my registration and will need to have this update completed before the state will do that. Disappointed customer! More
